Shipping policy

We ship products using various courier companies both locally and internationally and provide tracking numbers to our customers to be able to track the shipment on the respective company's official websites.

We do ship products as soon as possible, usually the next day of the order or the payment if bank transfer is selected unless it is a pre-order, in which case it will be shipped on the date of launch. 

We maintain quality standards, and check the product for completeness and any damages right before it goes into the packing and is done under surveillance cameras. This ensures that customers receive complete orders with a 100% guarantee of the products. 

We offer free shipping locally in Pakistan and only charge cash collection charges if customer choose to pay cash on delivery. However, in case of return or exchange except in the case of the product is damaged, customer will have to pay return shipping and cash collection charges are not refundable.

For International shipping we choose quality service providers only and do not engage with third party shippers to provide best possible delivery service to our customers. The cost of international shipping is paid by the customers and in case of any claims customer can make a claim directly with the shipping company using the tracking number provided. We do not add value of the products on the shipping label neither include invoice in the packaging to reduce chances of being subjected to customs and duties, however, these shipment can still be subject to customs and duties in which case customer is solely responsible for these to appealed or paid to receive the delivery.
