Refund policy

All products are subject to 7 day exchange policy with some exceptions as noted below. Exchange can only be at equal or higher value. 

• All products which are custom made and tailored to order are not eligible for returns or exchange
• Those that show worn signs or are not with complete accessories or in the original packaging as sold
• Those that have been specially ordered and procured on request 
• Those that are sold on promotion or sale at discounted prices
• Those that have been washed or sunk in water for shrinking purposes
• Those that have been stitched or modified in any manner whatsoever
